2.1 Local Storage Data

Speleo Studio stores data locally in your web browser using:

• IndexedDB: Cave survey data, projects, and 3D models

All data stored locally remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to use the Google Drive integration feature (see section 3).

2.2 Google Drive Integration (Optional)

If you choose to use the Google Drive integration feature:

• We request access to your Google Drive account through OAuth 2.0 authentication
• We store OAuth tokens locally in your browser for authentication purposes
• We sync your cave projects and survey data to folders in your Google Drive account
• We do NOT access any other files or data in your Google Drive account

The Google Drive integration is completely optional. You can use Speleo Studio fully without enabling this feature.

2.3 No Personal Information Collection

We do NOT collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, address, etc.)
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Device information or browser fingerprints
• Location data
• Any data that you do not explicitly provide or create within the application

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Local Data

Data stored locally in your browser is used solely to:

• Provide the core functionality of the application
• Remember your preferences and settings
• Enable offline functionality

3.2 Google Drive Data

If you enable Google Drive integration, your data is used to:

• Create backup copies of your cave projects and survey data
• Enable synchronization across multiple devices (if you access the same Google account)

Since Speleo Studio runs entirely in your web browser:

• You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's storage

• Deletion: You can delete all application data by clearing your browser's LocalStorage and IndexedDB for this website.
• Export: You can export your cave projects and survey data in various formats (JSON, CSV, DXF, PNG) at any time.
• Google Drive Disconnection: You can disconnect the Google Drive integration at any time through the application settings.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 Google Drive API

If you use the Google Drive integration, your use of Google Drive is subject to:

• Google Privacy Policy
• Google Terms of Service

We only request the minimum necessary permissions to sync your cave data to Google Drive.

7.2 Open Source Libraries

Speleo Studio uses the following open-source libraries that do not collect user data:

• Three.js - 3D graphics rendering
• Tabulator.js - Data table management

8. Children's Privacy

Speleo Studio is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.
